Induction

Once voting is completed and the results approved by the Board of Governors, the inductees will be invited to participate in the Induction Ceremony. The results of the election will be announced through a press release to the whitewater industry and other media outlets.

Upon final approval of the Inductees by the Board of Governors a press release will be distributed to all major whitewater industry magazines and electronic media.

Official induction ceremonies will be held at various locations. The induction ceremony for the 2007 and 2008 honorees will be in the Fall of 2008. Keep an eye on our website for more information about the ceremony.

Interpretive videos are developed for each class to represent the accomplishments of each inductee in the International Whitewater Hall of Fame.
